These terms govern your use of Quorum, a macOS application by NYRAI LLC ("we"). By using Quorum you agree to them. Quorum is distributed through the Mac App Store; Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Quorum on Macs you own or control. The optional "Quorum Unlimited" purchase is a one-time, non-consumable unlock of app functionality — not a subscription — and follows Apple's purchase and refund policies.
Answers and reports are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — including content marked as consensus. Quorum's cross-checking reduces, but cannot eliminate, model error. Verify independently before relying on any output for professional, financial, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Do not use Quorum to violate any law or any AI provider's usage policies, or attempt to circumvent the app's purchase mechanisms.
Quorum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for charges incurred on your provider accounts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
